Its been a while, 4 day special

4 days special :)

As the name says, it took 4 days to complete and i must say, its not bad at all.
Only a few set backs, 1 being the overflow system on the bath leaking and the floor being completely on a wonk.
The finished result is shown in the attached pictures.

It's been a while

Sorry its been a while guys and girls, have been doing a bit of remedial work over the last couple of weeks. Also doesnt help with the snow.
Anyway, I started a bathroom yesterday in a 6 bedroom Georgian house. It's gorgeous!! Character in the masses and
so many stairs youwouldn't believe.
So here are some pictures for you to see my progress. Had a great day yesterday. Suite out, tiles off the wall, flooring up and new bath in ready for tiling today. :) il update Again later with more pictures in part 2. Have a great day :)

Day of reckoning is upon us

Sorry for the deep title but im pleased to say that the bathroom is finished (less a little clean) and it is looking amazing. See for yourself and leave me some comments

Fun filled

So today was another fun filled day. Tiling almost complete, shower plumbed in and waiting for the screen. It's looking promising to finish by tomorrow :) I promise ill post pictures tomorrow as i forgot to take them today.

It keeps coming

Wow, 2nd week in 2013 and the work just keeps flowing. Fully booked until mid April now but can still do evenings and weekends for anyone wanting a fantastical shiny new bathroom or shower room :)

Ive Been working on a fairly new build where the clients didnt really like the bathroom. So thats where I come in....

Day 1 is the best day, demolition!!!
Well not as emphasised as that but its time to start taking the old suite out. Unfortunately, during the rip out of the old suite and the tiled walls, the plasterboard came away so i had to replace the whole lot. This is a positive thing as i know it will be plum and a nice new surface ready to be tiled again.

Today the floor was laid, waste pipes and shower hot and cold pipes were relocated, and walls replasterboarded.
Tomorrow I have the task of tiling and preparing for the sanitary appliances to be installed. I've taken a few pictures to give you an insight into my work.
