Planning the week ahead

So having a plan is a great idea. Being able to stick to it is the important part.
On a Sunday ill look at the plans of a clients bathroom and see how much room I have to play with and get an idea of whats in the existing bathroom.

I try to get an estimate of parts that will be needed, although its easier to do this while in the room so that can wait until the Monday or Tuesday, when everything else has been removed.

Most importantly though, is to plan your days so you can almost guarantee to be finished by the deadline, usually a week.
